For an international organisation delivering advanced CX, BPO and technology solutions, we are currently seeking a Solutions & Business Development Manager to lead growth and solution design within the Banking & Financial Services vertical in Poland and across Europe.

This is a key role combining business development, solution advisory and vertical expertise. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to BFS clients and an internal subject-matter expert, contributing to revenue growth and the development of new services within the vertical.
