About the role:


We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Consultant who can bridge business needs, product capabilities, and technical storytelling. This role combines the strengths of a classic Solution Consultant (discovery, demos, deal influence) with deeper product expertise typically found in Product Consultants. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product teams, and implementation & customer success stakeholders to craft high-impact solutions that win deals and set customers up for long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales cycles to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Own technical scoping and clearly define what is in-scope vs out-of-scope during pre-sales.
  • Identify integration, data, and workflow risks early and surface trade-offs to sales and customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) tailored to customer needs.
  • Translate customer use cases into solution architectures and ensure successful technical validation.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
  • Work with implementation or customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer expert guidance on best-practice usage of the product.
  • Develop reusable solution templates, technical collateral, and demos for the sales organization.
  • Produce clear handoff artifacts (solution notes, assumptions, constraints) for implementation and CS teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships by acting as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.



Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles in CRM/agent-based workflow products (Salesforce/HubSpot/Freshworks/Zoho/LeadSquared ecosystem)
  • Strong understanding of software, APIs, cloud technologies, and solution architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, migration, integrations, and technical demos.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise technology, or domain-specific tools (customizable to your industry).
