Solutions Consultant

In this position you will be responsible for designing and modelling process solutions for enterprise clients using Pipefy. Your mission will be to translate our customers needs into Pipefy, delivering great solutions and giving support to some of our most important customers. You will also need to collaborate closely with our sales team. We expect you to be hands on, collaborative, analytical and capable of translating our customer needs into Pipefy while enjoying the ride.

Responsibilities

• Creating customized workflow solutions based on customer’s process documentations
• Understanding customers’ needs and establishing solutions within Pipefy to address those needs
• Presenting quality product demonstrations
• Assisting customers and leads with product-related doubts
