Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a Research- and Technology-Driven Solutions Consultant who combines strong technical fundamentals with solution design thinking and market awareness. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in software engineering, architecture, delivery, or consulting who aspire to transition into a solution consulting / presales-oriented role .

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct focused market, industry, and technology research to support solution positioning, differentiation, and value articulation
• Support solution design, business analysis, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation
• Translate client business and technical requirements into clear, high-level solution narratives and architectures aligned with organizational capabilities
• Contribute to prospect discussions around application development, cloud transformation, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML use cases
• Participate in client and prospect calls to clarify requirements, explain proposed solutions, and address technical queries
• Build technology & solution artifacts reflect the standards of a premier IT services organization, demonstrating sound understanding modern engineering practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies, platforms, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and proactively apply insights to solutioning efforts

Must Have:

• 4–8 years of overall experience in software engineering, solution design, architecture, delivery, consulting within an IT services or technology environment
• Strong technical professionals aspiring to move into solution consulting are encouraged to apply
• Solid understanding of software systems, architecture components, and delivery processes
• Exposure to any Application Development or Cloud platforms or Data Engineering concepts or AI/ML solution patterns
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into structured, executive-ready documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High energy, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated aptitude to learn, explore, and adapt to new technologies and domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• MBA is a plus but not mandatory
• Any Technical Certifications on Cloud or Other technology Platforms.
