Solutions Consultant (Trilingual)

Job Description

The Solutions Consultant is an expert in Noggin’s products who can match customer needs with Noggin’s available solutions, to help close deals more quickly. The role requires taking an active role in understanding customer needs, developing an initial view of how the solution should be adapted to meet those needs, and determining how Noggin’s products can be positioned to emphasize differentiators and advantages. Solutions Consultant acts as a subject matter expert in meetings with prospects/customers, demonstrating the products and answering questions, to ensure that Noggin understands the customers’ problems and the customer understands how Noggin can solve them, and the benefits we offer.

The Solutions Consultant is also often the first point at demonstrating the Noggin products to the customer, so needs to have excellent knowledge of the Noggin products, and great presentation skills. The Solutions Consultant will often tailor the softw...
