Job Description

This is a senior business development role within a growing, engineering led energy services business delivering net zero strategy, energy efficiency solutions, audits, and large scale enterprise and government engagements.

About the Role

The role is focused on revenue growth through structured business development across an existing customer base, reactivation of dormant accounts, and expansion of key relationships. You will be responsible for driving opportunity creation, converting engagement into pipeline, and growing net margin through consultative selling. This is not a high volume cold calling role, but it is a true BDM position with clear accountability for pipeline, revenue, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively re engaging dormant and underdeveloped accounts
  • Expanding active client relationships into multi solution partnerships
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities within existing customers
