Our platform seamlessly integrates with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe.
We're a 70-person team (~45 in engineering), located across North and South America.
The Role
We're hiring a Solutions Engineer, helping distributors implement, integrate, and scale successfully on Canals. You'll play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring their systems connect smoothly with our platform, and serving as a technical partner to Customer Success Managers post-launch.
This is a highly cross-functional role — part technical problem-solver, part educator, part process builder. You'll work directly with customers to translate business needs into configuration and integration solutions, while also serving as a go-to product expert for our internal teams. If...
