**Meet the Team**
In this dynamic, customer-centric position, you'll be joining our Canberra-based group where you will closely partner with Account Managers in a pre-sales technical capacity.
You'll serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor to our **Defence Portfolio** customers, designing solutions to allow our customers to meet their desired outcomes. You will also be presenting Cisco solutions, delivering presentations, conducting technical demonstrations, developing BoMs, and running Proof of Concept activities.
You will collaborate with technical resources, product specialists and Cisco Engineering to acquire in-depth technical and specialist support, and coordinate with Cisco Partners and Cisco CX to assist across different stages of customer's lifecycle.
