About the Role
We're looking for a
Solutions Engineer
to serve as the technical architect behind our client success. In this role, you'll own the workflows, automations, dashboards, and backend processes that keep sales operations running smoothly. While you won't be the primary client-facing role, you'll join calls as needed to provide technical expertise and support. Beyond day-to-day maintenance, you'll continuously optimize and improve our systems for speed, reliability, and scalability—ensuring our sales engine is future-proof.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Workflow Health Check (daily):
Review GoHighLevel pipelines, workflows, and integrations for errors or inefficiencies - Automation Monitoring:
Stay ahead of Zapier, Typeform, and webhook misfires, resolving issues quickly - Tech Optimization:
