Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Serve as the go-to expert for complex dispensing automation, system integration, and high-performance applications.
• Technical Consultation & Knowledge Enablement: Deliver hands-on technical support and real-world application testing to validate solution performance, ensure process integrity and accelerate customer adoption. Provide end-to-end technical consultation across pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases to ensure solutions are tailored, scalable, and aligned with operational and strategic goals. Lead and support customer-specific proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, pilot deployments, and prototype validations to confirm technical feasibility and integration effectiveness.
