**職務概要**



Solutions Engineerとして、Ciscoのサイバーセキュリティソリューションを通じて、お客様のビジネス成功を支援していただきます。

本ポジションでは、高度な技術力とプリセールス経験を活かし、アカウントエグゼクティブおよび営業チームと連携しながら、テリトリー・アカウント・案件単位での戦略立案と実行を担います。

顧客と直接向き合い、課題を深く理解したうえで、技術的価値とビジネス価値の両面から最適なソリューションを提案し、長期的な信頼関係の構築に貢献していただきます。



**主な業務内容**



+ アカウントエグゼクティブおよびアカウントSEと連携し、テリトリー、アカウント、案件単位での営業・技術戦略を策定・実行

+ 顧客との技術ミーティングやワークショップを通じて要件を把握し、セキュリティ課題に対する最適なソリューションを提案

+ PoC/PoVにおける技術的リードおよび実行支援

+ 顧客およびパートナーとの信頼関係を構築し、セキュリティソリューションがもたらすビジネス価値を明確に伝達

+ プロダクトマネジメントおよびエンジニアリング部門と連携し、顧客フィードバックを製品改善やロードマップ検討に反映

+ 市場および競合環境を分析し、現場視点から価格戦略および技術戦略に関する提言を行う



**チーム・製品領域**



+ セキュリティ営業チーム、アカウントSE、アカウントマネージャーなどと密に連携し、Ciscoのサイバーセキュリティポートフォリオ(Secure Access、XDR、ISE、Duo、Firewall 等)の成長および収益拡大を推進します。

+ フロントラインのセキュリティ運用担当者からCxOレベルまで、幅広いステークホルダーに価値を届ける役割です。

+ 複雑な技術内容を、多様な技術レベルのオーディエンスに分かりやすく伝える高いコミュニケーション力・ストーリーテリング力

+ 自律的に行動できるセルフスターターであり、コンサルティブな関係構築を通じて営業戦略・戦術を実行できる方

+ 勝利への強い意欲を持ち、成功する営業チームの一員として成果に貢献したい方



**歓迎要件**



+ サイバーセキュリティまたはネットワークの設計・提案経験(1~3年以上)

+ 顧客対応またはプリセールス経験(1~3年以上)

+ セキュリティ/ネットワーキング技術、コンセプト、標準、運用に関する理解

+ プリセールスまたは類似の顧客対応ポジションでの実績

+ 複数部門・複数チームと連携できるコミュニケーション能力

+ 技術的意思決定者との信頼関係構築力

+ APIやプログラマビリティの知識・経験(尚可)

+ Cisco資格(CCNA、CCNP 等)(尚可)

+ 日本語:ネイティブレベル

+ 英語:日常会話レベル

**Role Overview**



As a Solutions Engineer, you will support customer business success through Cisco’s security solutions.

You will leverage strong technical expertise and presales experience to partner with Account Executives and sales teams, developing and executing territory-, account-, and opportunity-level strategies.

By engaging directly with customers, you will deeply understand their challenges and propose optimal solutions that clearly articulate both technical and business value, building long-term trusted relationships.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Partner with Account Executives and Account SEs to develop and execute sales and technical strategies at the territory, account, and opportunity level

+ Engage with customers through technical meetings and workshops to understand requirements and propose optimal security solutions

+ Lead and support PoC / PoV activities from a technical perspective

+ Build trusted relationships with customers and partners by clearly demonstrating the business value delivered by security solutions

+ Collaborate with product management and engineering teams, incorporating customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap discussions

+ Analyze market and competitive trends, providing field-driven input into pricing strategy and technical strategy

+ Stakeholders & Product Scope

+ You will work closely with Security Sales teams, Account SEs, and Account Managers to drive growth and revenue across Cisco’s cybersecurity portfolio, including Secure Access, XDR, ISE, Duo, Firewalls, and related solutions.

+ The role involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from front-line security operations teams to C-level executives, delivering value-based and differentiated security positioning.



**Minimum Qualifications**



+ Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise

+ A self-starter mindset, capable of building consultative relationships and executing sales strategies and tactics

+ A strong desire to win and contribute as part of a successful, high-performing sales team



**Preferred Qualifications**



+ 1–3+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or network design and solution proposal

+ 1–3+ years of customer-facing or presales experience

+ Solid understanding of cybersecurity and networking technologies, concepts, standards, operations, and use cases

+ Proven experience in presales or similar customer-facing technical roles

+ Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and teams

+ Ability to build trusted relationships with technical decision-makers

+ Knowledge or experience with APIs and programmability is a plus

+ Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus

+ Japanese: Native level

+ English: Conversational level
