Job Description

What you'll do:
Prospecting & qualification
- Identify and qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects (DevOps teams, IT operations groups, and platform engineering teams) across SMB and enterprise segments.
- Engage prospects through technical channels and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Map prospect environments (current tooling, scale, compliance requirements) to determine fit and urgency.
Technical pre-sales & solution design
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle: answer architecture questions, address security and compliance concerns, and articulate how Semaphore UI integrates with existing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
- Define and document use cases and sales scenarios for potential buyers
- Position Semaphore UI against competitors with accurate technical differentiation.
