The Solutions Expert exists to eliminate that friction. Your job is to step into a client’s day, identify the work they shouldn’t be doing, and extract it quickly and confidently. Through live shadowing sessions, digital audits, and close collaboration with our in-office VA Bench, you turn messy routines into delegated systems — often within 48 hours of signup.
This is a hands-on, client-facing operator role for people who enjoy moving fast, leading conversations, and turning ambiguity into action.
