About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and support advanced IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. This role has a strong focus to support Fortinet-based network clients for both ongoing support and project delivery. The ideal candidate excels in hands-on project execution, Tier-3 escalation support, and ongoing client consultation across networking, cybersecurity, wireless, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 technologies. Fortinet experience and certifications are strongly preferred and considered a significant asset.
