Our Trusted Connectivity unit offers solutions for the Telecommunications market, such as SIM Cards, eSIMs, Subscription Management, iSE, to secure connectivity and guarantee interoperability, connecting people, companies, and objects efficiently and with secure processes.

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Support Engineer to join our team. As part of our team, you will contribute to delivering robust production support while helping design and build effective support tools. This team is focused on solving complex issues, improving system stability, and enabling smooth software and device deployments.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and production services.
• Collaborate on coding projects focused on operations and maintenance, utilizing languages such as Python, Java, Perl, shell scripts, and web technologies.
• Assist with software deployment in both staging and production environments.
• Design and develop tools that facilitate efficient operations and maintenance.
• Generate system and support status reports utilizing big data tools for valuable insights.
• Take ownership of one or more digital products or components.
• Coordinate customer notifications and workflows to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Collaborate with a global support team to transfer or assume responsibility for active support issues, while building a dedicated knowledge base and skill set.
• Be available for on-call activities as required.
• Provide on-premises support whenever necessary.

If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following

• Computational Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or any other related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite, internet navigators, and programming skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Linux/Unix experience required, with a preference for Red Hat Linux.
• Mandatory experience in database and SQL concepts, with advantageous knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with high availability techniques including load balancing, clustering, redundancy, and fail‑over.
• Desired experience with network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Experience in JBOSS web server.
• Knowledge and experience in SMPP connections would be beneficial.
• Strong understanding of integration protocols like SOAP, XML, and HTTP POST/GET.
• Proficiency in shell programming.
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and proficiency in using tracing tools to analyze protocol messages.
• Knowledge and understanding of networking principle
