Sommelier

• Minimum experience of 2 years in 5-star hotels or restaurants in similar position required
• Have the 3rd Level of WSET
• Have the HESTIA Advanced Certificate will be considered as an advantage
• Previous experience in fine dining restaurants will be considered an asset
• Extensive knowledge of spirits will be considered and asset
• Extensive knowledge and certification on wine required.
• Previous experience with POS systems, Micros preferred.
