This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Michelin star Restuarant as Sommelier.
Reporting to the Restuarant Manager, this is an important and valued role within our F&B team which is responsible for overseeing the service of wine & liquor in conjunction with the F&B Manager.
Duties Include (but are not limited to:)
Maintain and develop the wine cellarTo have excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails recipes, spirits and cocktail makingEnsure appropriate glasses are used for different types of wineEnsure wine is served at the right temperature.Responsible for ensuring wine and bar orders are placed every week and stock levels are maintained, using the PO system at all times.To ensure the wine list reflects the standards set up after the opening and Wine Geese are represented.Delivery of both wine & whiskey tastings to guests and ensure the experien...
