A leading FMCG company is looking for:
Demand & Supply Coordinator / S&OP Coordinator
šPolanco, CDMX | Up to $55,000 MXN gross monthly | Law & superior benefits

In this role, you will report to the National Operations Manager and be responsible for developing the 18-month demand plan, ensuring optimal inventory availability, executing the S&OP process, and overseeing import operations in compliance with Mexican regulations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
- Build and maintain statistical forecasts using SAP IBP and historical sales data.
- Align the Operations Demand Plan with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
- Support the S&OP process and translate monthly supply plans into weekly execution.
- Manage inventory levels, prevent out-of-stocks, and lead solutions to demand/supply imbalances.
- Ensure accurate Material Master Data, monitor product transitions, and collaborate with 3PLs.
Imports Management
Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, permits, and documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Control budgets, validate contracts/expenses, and assess financial impacts of imports.
- Audit invoices and duties to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
- Preferred: Supply Chain certifications (APICS, CPIM, CSCP) or formal training in S&OP / Demand Planning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Conversational English.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Supply Planning tools (SAP IBP, APO, OMP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting models.
- Experience with S&OP/SIOP processes.
- Advanced data analysis skills (Advanced Excel; Power BI preferred).
- Solid understanding of inventory management and key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, CSL, DOH).
- Experience managing 3PL operations and inventory control.
- Expertise in SKU portfolio management, product transitions, and complexity analysis.
- Knowledge of international logistics, foreign trade, and import regulations (Mexico).
