SOP privacy violation

I received an SOP from someone in Florida about privacy violations. I believe I discovered where I made the mistake - someone advised me to use a visitor tracking code from the software Apollo. I have removed it as of today but need to handle this lawsuit. I am in New York City and the court date is in 8 days. i cannot do that, would like to simply settle if that's appropriate
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
