**What you’ll bring**:
- 3 years of experience in the support area
- Systems managing the ITIL methodology
- Experience in Oracle PL SQL developer or any other Microsoft sql Server Mysql database administrator
- Experience in webmethods version 10 11 2 years
- experience in webmethods IO
- Experience in sql, pl sql | oracle
- Knowledge of WebMethods technologies.(Not essential)
- Desirable Java, PHP, PL SQL (Programming language, interpret Basic Intermediate code)
- Execution of analysis and support procedures dedicated to the project.
- Technical skills in incident and requirements analysis.
