**Position**: Medical History Specialist
**Job overview**: Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. A Medical Health Specialist provides remote medical, administrative and documentation assistance for pediatric patients, in the state of Florida.
**Responsibilities**:
- Request, review and update electronic medical records (ER visits-hospitalization, immunization records)
- Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests
- Schedule medical appointments
- Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies
**Skills, abilities and knowledge**:
- Medical terminology knowledge required
- Good judgement, organizational ability, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment.
- Excellent computer and phone skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
