  • Oversee all operations of Barcelona Sorting Center including inbound, sorting, consolidation, distribution, exceptions handling, outbound processes etc. while ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order completion on time rate , Long tail and Parcel lost, TPH and cost etc. meet or exceed expected targets, while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
  • Lead and manage the operations team to optimize resource allocation (staff, systems, materials) to balance efficiency and cost, minimizing waste while supporting business growth.
  • Act as the primary liaison for cross-departmental collaboration (Headquarters, Line Haul transportation, Last-mile delivery, HR, IT, procurement, etc.), driving project execution and streamlining workflows to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
