Source-to-Pay Specialist – Ariba

Description GSPANN is hiring a Source-to-Pay (STP) Specialist with expertise in Ariba. The role focuses on Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, ERP integrations, global deployments, and stakeholder collaboration across Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.

Role and Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP Ariba Upstream modules, including Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).

Partner with Business Process Managers (BPMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business requirements into effective Ariba solutions.

Support integrations with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and middleware platforms including CPI and APIs.

Configure and support SAP Ariba P2P modules, including Guided Buying, Procurement, and Invoicing.

Manage catalog integrations, supplier onboarding, and Ariba Network connectivity.

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to drive system adoption, compliance, and process alignment.

Design and deliver end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes in partnership with business stakeholders.

Plan and execute testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.

Support global rollout and deployment activities across multiple regions.

Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and provide functional training to global and regional teams.

Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best-practice guidelines.

Skills and Experience

5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules.

Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes and procurement best practices.

Practical experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, CPI, and APIs.

Proven expertise in Ariba configuration, testing, and functional support.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively between business and IT teams.
