**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
White River Marine Group is seeking a Sourcing Agent responsible for executing sourcing activities for materials and components supporting multiple boat brands across our manufacturing network. This role supports sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and drives cost effectiveness of direct materials. The Sourcing Agent works closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply chain.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Supplier Management: Strengthen relationships with current suppliers. Discover, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
+ Cost Management: Maintain system costs at high level of accuracy. Identify cost savings opportunities with an eye toward quality and delivery performance.
+ Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms while maintaining WRMG requirements for cost, quality, delivery and service.
