JOB DESCRIPTION: Technology Hardware and Software

What education we look for:

• Business degree or equivalent;
  
• CPSM (US), CIPS(UK) or similar Procurement certification.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Procurement in a collaborative, high-performance environment and a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the Technology Hardware and Software / Software as a Service category;
  
• Must have work experience evaluating vendors, the marketplace and negotiating contracts
• Significant sourcing expertise throughout the end-to-end Procurement life cycle;
  
• Strong businessacumen in order to drive results and ability to link business needs to sourcing strategies;
  
• High levels of EQ and cultural awareness to build relationships, align efforts, and effectively influence;
  
• Managing and reporting sourcing projects with experience in some e-RFx/Auction tool, and execution of online Rfx and e-Auctions;
  
• Experience working in a global organization is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: S2P Operations Procurement Analyst

Core Competencies and Required Education/ Experience

• Bachelors degree required
• Good level of knowledge and understanding of the S2P Process is desired
• Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM and Ariba Network is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Japanese)
• +2 years of working experience

Deliverables

• Participates in training and on-boarding of new Procurement Analyst
• Actively supports implementation of EY procedures and policies in all daily activities
• Creates KPI reports and follows up on KPI exceptions in a proactive manner to ensure root causes are resolved to avoid future repeat of exceptions
• Ensure approvals are completed timely per established KPIs with quality
• Logs PO Invoice exceptions and ensures 90% are resolved within 2 days
• Follows work instructions and guidelines (Play books) when executing work tasks
• Escalate issues proactively to S2P Operations Team Lead in a timely manner
• Collaborates with end users and stakeholders to contribute to a good working relationship, answering questions, collect feedback and actively look for areas for improvement
• Contributes to development of high performing a team and overall success of the procurement operations team
• Ensure Training is provided to end users as required
• Contributes to maintenance of the Mercury Procurement Support Site
• Interacts with sourcing managers and third-party suppliers to resolve price, quality, and invoice/ credit note issues
