Sourcing Associate

The Sourcing Associate is responsible for performing end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for the internal and external requirements of People Serve MPC. He/She is responsible for developing and maintaining effective sourcing channels to ensure a sufficient pool of active and passive candidates that can be utilized within the agreed service level agreement. He/She will be responsible for conducting fieldwork and coordinating with PESO for job fairs and local recruitment activities.



Qualifications:



- Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

- Knowledgeable in conducting interviews, screening resumes, and handling recruitment-related tasks is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and to coordinate with PESO.
