Join our dynamic team as a Business/Technical Project Manager and play a pivotal role in our Sourcing team's digital transformation journey, focusing in the implementation of our SAP project, including 4/HANA and Ariba!
In this exciting position, you will assess business needs and champion the adoption of key Ariba modules, driving process efficiency and best practices. You will be instrumental in facilitating organizational change within the Sourcing function, ensuring that our team is equipped to thrive in a digital landscape.

Your Mission

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP as Sourcing Process Driver support, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Focus on SAP Ariba modules, including but not limited to Sourcing, Guided Buying, Spend Analysis, and Supplier Management.
  • Act as the primary interface between Sourcing, IT, and external vendors throughout the project.
  • Analyse current processes and recommend improvements leveraging Ariba capabilities.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, training, and deployment of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive user adoption and ensure successful integration of new processes.
  • Manage project milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery

    • Your Profile

    We are looking for a
    talented professional with a strong background in implementing SAP Ariba,
    particularly in key modules such as Sourcing, Guided Buying, Spend Analysis,
    Supplier Management, and Risk Management.
    You should possess a deep
    understanding of Sourcing and Procurement processes, combining both technical
    expertise and business insight. Your proven track record in managing complex IT
    projects within an international setting showcases your ability to navigate
    diverse environments effectively.
    Your experience in driving
    change management and fostering user adoption of digital tools will be crucial
    in our transformation journey. Familiarity with migrations from Synertrade to
    SAP Ariba is a valuable asset.
    We value excellent
    communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, as these are
    essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is required, and
    proficiency in additional languages will be considered a significant advantage.
