Sourcing (Direct Material) Contract Sr. Manager

**Partner with the US-based Sourcing team** to draft, review, and negotiate direct‑material supplier contracts globally (e.g.,NDAs supply agreements, purchase order terms, amendments, and change orders), ensuring compliance with company guidelines—especially in areas impacting Operations such as delivery schedules, change control, quality requirements, packaging/logistics, Incoterms, title/risk of loss, warranties, and liquidated damages.**Partner with company stakeholders** to work with suppliers to facilitate drafting, review and negotiation of contracts as well as communicating shipping and documentation requirements as mandated by cross functional teams in support of U.S. Customs processes.* Proven experience negotiating and administering supplier‑side contracts for direct materials in manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments, including managing supplier claims.* Strong commercial acumen with working knowledge of Incoterms (2020), delivery and acceptance frameworks, qualit...
