Sourcing Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Engineer to support our growing operations. This role focuses on supplier development, cost optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure a stable and competitive supply chain. It is well‑suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source, develop, and qualify suppliers to build and improve the supplier base.
Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
Conduct cost analysis, support global sourcing activities, and drive continuous cost optimisation.
Prepare, execute, and update contractual documents.
Coordinate and resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, and capacity to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or above.
Majors in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or Project Management are preferred.<...
