Support the development of procurement strategies.

Actively supporting the development and deployment of a thoughtful communication plan by employing multiple channels to ensure that the Cost Category vision, objectives, and strategy are well understood and supported by all critical stakeholders in the organization.

Build, organize, and manage cross-functional networks within the organization and conduct Fit for Purpose conventions to define Value and Cost drivers, Spend parameters, Quality & Services levels, and high-level Funnel opportunities (Price & Quantity).
