Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for creation and execution of Oldcastle Infrastructure’s end to end commodity sourcing strategy for assigned categories that align with strategic and operational procurement initiatives. The incumbent will identify cost reduction opportunities through negotiation or alternate sourcing, create competitive environments, and negotiate agreements which assure seamless material availability required to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining strategic relationships.

As a key member of the Procurement team, the Sourcing Manager will work with operational and business leaders as well as CRH Category teams to support and implement clear and cohesive strategies, which will achieve year over year improvements in input cost, supplier quality, and organizational performance.
