Sourcing Manager – Grape Skilled Labour
Location: Various Districts - Maharashtra (On-site, extensive field work)

Bharat Intelligence is an agritech startup building a tech-enabled labour marketplace for India’s farms, with a strong presence in Nashik’s grape-growing belt. The platform connects farmers with vetted, trained labour while providing workers with predictable income opportunities.
Role Overview
The Sourcing Manager – Grape Labour will be responsible for on-ground execution of Bharat Intelligence’s labour sourcing strategy in assigned grape clusters around Maharashtra. You will focus on discovering, onboarding, and engaging grape-skilled workers and small labour contractors, working closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager and field executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing plans in assigned areas (tribal villages, FPOs, cooperatives, labour mandis, SHGs, etc.) to build a steady pipeline of grape-skilled labour.
