Role Overview  

The Sourcing Manager – Grape Labour will be responsible for on-ground execution of Bharat Intelligence’s labour sourcing strategy in assigned grape clusters around Maharashtra. You will focus on discovering, onboarding, and engaging grape-skilled workers and small labour contractors, working closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager and field executives.
