Job Description


  • Lead sourcing and procurement activities for CAPEX and MRO across North American sites.

  • Implement sourcing strategies, consolidate suppliers, and negotiate improved pricing.

  • Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Drive annual cost‑reduction plans, cost‑model implementation, and on‑time savings projects.

  • Conduct supplier business reviews and support supply‑chain risk mitigation.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of procurement KPIs and compliance with procurement policies.

  • Travel to key border‑region facilities as needed (primarily northern Mexico).

Lead high‑impact sourcing in a growing global company.Drive cost‑reduction projects and strengthen supplier performance.

The successful candidate will be required to meet the following requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in Indirect Procurement (CAPEX/MRO preferred).

  • Strong experience managing northern Mexico suppliers and international suppliers.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence strategic decisions.

  • Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills and deep procurement expertise.

  • Self‑driven, able to work autonomously and perform under pressure.

  • Proven ability to deliver cost‑saving initiatives and lead cross‑functional projects.
