Strategic Sourcing Lead (India) — Established German MNC
Global exposure with HQ, fast growth, competitive compensation, and the mandate to shape India’s sourcing strategy in a rapidly expanding market.
Own supplier scouting/onboarding for M&E components, lead high-stakes negotiations, ensure quality & cost, align closely with German HQ, and drive localization & market intelligence.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in India for mechanical and electrical components. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. Collaborate with the German headquarters and global teams to align sourcing strategies. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and cost drivers. Support localization initiatives and cost optimization projects.
