Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-networked, and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our real estate team. The role focuses on meeting channel partners to onboard new residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, market understanding, and proven experience in channel partner sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new real estate channel partners / brokers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs to drive sustained business
  • Conduct CP meetings, site visits, project presentations, and training sessions
