What is my role?
As a Sourcing Procurement Specialist, you manage and develop a portfolio of IC Telecom Component suppliers and Original Electronic Manufacturers dedicated to Optics and get them to reach ALE key objectives (such as Cost, Delivery Schedule, Quality… etc) for the production and development of ALE products.
What am I responsible for?
Driving the supplier selection process for new projects, including by conducting audits. Negotiating contracts, amendments and T&C with suppliers. Managing and developing the business relationship with suppliers and getting them continuously improving their performance, including by: the monitoring of the supplier performance and definition and follow-up of action plans to have them improving quarter over quarter: Cost, Operational performances and Quality, in a spirit of mutual benefit for both supplier and ALE the management of supplier escalation in case of Component sh...
