Sourcing Recruiter

Job Description:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent across diverse markets. Working within a distributed recruitment model, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic hiring needs in multiple regions.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- **Partnership & Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team and managers to understand needs, align with objectives, and share market insights.
- **Process & Tools**:Utilise and optimise sourcing tools, track performance, and adopt technological innovations to improve search methods.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience in a sourcing or talent research role, preferably within an in-house or RPO environment.
- Experience sourcing across different geographies, ideally within a globally distributed team.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent CRM platforms.
