Sourcing Section Manager

Lead a section of sourcing professionals to deliver cost, quality, delivery, and risk resilience for project and BAU needs. Own supplier strategy and execution for assigned commodities/modules, driving quarterly performance reviews, vendor assessments, AVL robustness, and continuous improvement per company SOP.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Strategy & Governance: Translate business and project requirements into sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation, and AVL development.

Drive interdepartmental team to establish strategic sourcing plan for the Group of Companies in meeting company's strategic intent.

Own Key Vendor Quarterly Performance Summary and ensure timely closure of followups.

Sourcing Execution & RFQ Management: Lead RFQs, prepare quote packages, clarify technical/commercial terms, consolidate bids, and run structured negotiations.
