As a Direct Sourcing Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing sourcing activities that support both divisional and plant objectives. You will partner closely with internal teams and suppliers to secure materials, improve sourcing efficiency, and ensure operational alignment with business goals. This role is essential in driving category strategies, optimizing cost structures, and supporting new supplier development.

Our Team

You will be part of the DSS Regional Category Management organization, collaborating with local and regional stakeholders. The team works cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality groups to ensure high‑performance sourcing execution.
