Job Description
Role : Sourcing Recruiter - APAC & India
Responsibilities :
Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. -
Meet the monthly hire goals.
Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.
Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns
Preferred Skills :
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. -
Highly preferred recruitment experience in IT domain
