About the Role We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to power our always-on recruitment engine, generating a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles — from sales to generalist and specialized positions. This role thrives on creativity, speed, and consistency — engaging talent across channels through events, referrals, and online talent communities to ensure we always have the right candidates ready when hiring needs surge.

Salary: ₱23,000 - ₱33,000 a month

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active sourcing pipeline by generating and nurturing candidate leads across multiple role types and time zones.
• Execute always-on sourcing campaigns via job boards, social media, recruitment events, and online communities.
