As a Marketing & Customer Collateral, Sourcing Team Manager, you will be responsible to lead a team of sourcing professionals that drive and implement tailored sourcing strategies with Business Stakeholders. This team will also execute sourcing events to deliver commercial benefits and mitigate risk, resulting in market aligned contracts.
In addition to leading the team, the successful candidate will partner and execute with Business Line Executives to understand strategic plans, identify market and economic trend opportunities and continually improve the value derived from third party relationships. All Sourcing Professionals will have access to key spend data, forward looking market intelligence and a fully integrated source to pay process, enabling you to drive shorter cycle times, increased savings opportunities, and a strong strategic partnership with business line executives....
