Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant, high‑volume kitchen. This is your chance to step into a hands‑on leadership role at one of the region’s standout venues.

The Role

  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality
  • Running sections during service and maintaining high standards of food and hygiene
  • Assisting with menu development, costing, and stock management
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS regulations
