Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with inventory systems and kitchen software is a plus

Job Description :
Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff; ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Manage kitchen inventory, food orders, and stock rotation to minimize waste
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Develop and test new menu items with the Head Chef
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure adherence to kitchen standards
Monitor kitchen equipment and arrange maintenance or repair as needed
Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
