Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with inventory systems and kitchen software is a plus

Job Description : 





  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities




  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff; ensure consistent food quality and presentation




  • Manage kitchen inventory, food orders, and stock rotation to minimize waste




  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations




  • Develop and test new menu items with the Head Chef




  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure adherence to kitchen standards




  • Monitor kitchen equipment and arrange maintenance or repair as needed




  • Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
