Sous Chef – Bootle
Salary: £29,362 per annum
Schedule: Monday - Friday - hours per week

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff

  • Assist with menu preparation and high-volume food production

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes

  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
