Job Description

LA PADRONA – Boston’s Highly Awarded & Michelin recommended Italian Restaurant, is seeking a passionate, organized and focused Sous Chef to join our Hospitality Group. La Padrona has brought a new standard to Boston’s restaurant scene, immersing our guests in the very best of Italian hospitality and authentic, regional cuisine.

This is a full-time, salaried position. In addition to a track record of excellent performance and executing a consistent service you will need a willingness to learn, to adapt and a positive attitude.


2-3 Years of consistent high-level kitchen management experience required for consideration. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in High volume, high revenue settings (10 + Million). A deep familiarity with Italian culture and cuisine is a plus.
