Job Description
- Assist the Executive Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.
- Lead and support the kitchen team during prep and service, maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and creative input for specials and seasonal dishes.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management: track stock levels, ensure proper storage, and assist in ordering ingredients.
- Help manage food cost control by minimizing waste and using ingredients efficiently.
