  • Assist Head Chef with all aspects of culinary operations including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, etc.
  • Leads by example, trains and coaches team to provide an excellent, memorable culinary experience.
  • Assists in sourcing, ordering and maintaining inventory of high quality supplies to enhance our guest’s experience.
  • Oversees the employee dining room ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and team performance.
