Job Description
An established and popular privately owned brasserie serving French style dishes with a modern twist is recruiting for a Sous Chef . The restaurant offers ever-evolving menus which reflect the seasons and celebrate creativity, dishes are created using bold flavours and fresh ingredients. In this Sous Chef role you will be supporting the head chef and working with a small brigade of 6. The brasserie is open for lunch and dinner service, caters for group events, offers tasting menus and is closed on a Sunday.
Requirements:
A Sous Chef who is a good all rounder with a proven track record of working in fast paced fresh food restaurant kitchens, with changing menus. A sous chef who is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details and is flexible with a can-do attitude.
